We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Ashop. If a product doesn’t meet expectations, our return & exchange process is simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility

  • Products must be requested for return/exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, free of stains/perfume, and returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • For footwear, the original shoe box must be returned in good condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at 01688803789 or ashopbd11@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share order details, reason (e.g., size/fit issue, defect), and supporting photos/videos if applicable.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and guide you on courier arrangements.
  4. After we receive & inspect the item, we’ll process an exchange (subject to stock) or a refund per policy.

3. Conditions

  • Customer bears return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect.
  • Exchanges are shipped after the returned item passes inspection.
  • If returned without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind), original and return delivery charges apply.
  • Color may slightly vary due to lighting/screen settings; this alone may not qualify as a defect.

4. Exceptions

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, socks) are not returnable once opened unless faulty.
  • Clearance/discounted items are returnable only if defective.
  • Damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, COD reversal).
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to a defective/incorrect product.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
