Order Confirmation

See on-screen confirmation and (if enabled) get SMS/email with your Order ID for support queries.

Processing

We verify stock, fold & pack your apparel (typically within 1 business day). We’ll contact you if needed.

Dispatch

We hand over to partners (Pathao, Steadfast). Your parcel enters their delivery queue.

Delivery

Typical transit time is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Couriers may call; please receive the parcel at your address.

On-Delivery Check & Support

Inspect items when possible (size, color, quantity). If there’s an issue, contact 01688803789 (10:00–20:00). After delivery, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
